Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with management on strategic business planning.
  • Monitor and analyze client financial performance and variances.
  • Prepare detailed reports for management review.
  • Respond to client inquiries relating to financial matters.
  • Assist in grant applications and funding proposals.
  • Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
  • Support mergers and acquisitions with financial insights.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions on financial literacy.
  • Create presentations on financial strategies for stakeholders.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • CA(SA) or equivalent qualification preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in a similar role
