Responsibilities

• Develop innovative architectural concepts and design solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and objectives.
• Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time.
• Incorporate sustainable design practices into all projects.
• Assist in project management tasks, including budgeting and planning.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architectural design

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Revit
• SketchUp

Soft Skills

• Creativity
• Communication

Certifications

• Registered Professional Architect (RPA)
• LEED Accredited Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent
