Job Description

As a Valve Inserter, you will play a critical role in our manufacturing process by ensuring the precise insertion of valves into machinery and equipment. This position requires technical expertise and excellent attention to detail to guarantee optimal performance and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Secure valves into designated equipment following technical specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on valve systems.
  • Provide feedback to improve the installation process.
  • Keep work area organized and free of hazards.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations while performing tasks.
  • Assist with other production tasks as required.
  • Use precision tools and measurements for valve installation.
  • Document installation processes for quality assurance.
  • Liaise with the engineering team for complex valve installations.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Technical certification in a related field is an advantage
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in valve installation or related field
