Job Description

We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to assist in our day-to-day operations. This role requires precision, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining data integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Input data from various sources into digital formats.
  • Conduct regular data audits to ensure data integrity.
  • Assist in the development of data entry processes and standards.
  • Provide training for new staff on data entry procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve data processes.
  • Maintain documentation of data entry procedures and updates.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent qualification
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or administrative roles
