Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing various civil engineering projects, including infrastructure, roads, and drainage systems. Your role will involve collaborating with other engineers and project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Conduct soil and material testing to ensure project integrity.
• Utilize CAD software to design project plans and specifications.
• Evaluate and approve project design changes and improvements.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.
• Stay updated with advancements in civil engineering techniques and technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on civil engineering experience

Certifications

• Registered Engineer with the Engineering Council of South Africa
