We are searching for a qualified Civil Engineer to join our Durban office. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, knowledge in design and construction methodologies, and experience in managing projects from conception to completion. You'll work on diverse projects with a talented team, focusing on delivering sustainable solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead site meetings and communicate progress updates to stakeholders.
• Evaluate project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Implement quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
• Research and apply new materials and techniques in civil engineering.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Structural Engineering is a plus.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in civil engineering, with a strong focus on project management.

Technical Skills

• Revit
• Structural Analysis Software

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Time Management

Certifications

• Professional Engineer (Pr.Eng)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Leadership experience in project teams.: Previous leadership roles in managing engineering projects.
