Job Description

As an Interior Designer at Creative Spaces Ltd., you will be responsible for designing and overseeing projects from concept to completion. Your expertise in aesthetics and functionality will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' spaces.

Responsibilities

• Design and plan interiors that enhance the functionality and aesthetics of spaces.
• Utilize design software for drafting and visualization.
• Monitor project budgets and adjust designs as necessary.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
• Inspect completed projects to ensure quality and adherence to designs.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to project status.
• Advise clients on trends and design principles.
• Facilitate communication between various involved parties.
• Create timelines and project schedules for design projects.
• Represent the design team in meetings with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in interior design with a strong portfolio

Technical Skills

• 3D Rendering
• Space Planning

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Client relations

Certifications

• Certified Interior Decorator (CID)
• Interior Design Society Membership

Languages

• English: Fluent
