• Administer anesthetics and perform dental procedures.
• Take dental radiographs (X-rays) and interpret findings.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Stay updated with advancements in dental practices and techniques.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants for effective care.
• Participate in community outreach programs to promote dental health.

Requirements

Education

• BDS or equivalent qualifications
• Specialisation in Oral Surgery is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a dental practice setting

Technical Skills

• Endodontics
• Prosthodontics

• Time Management
• Conflict Resolution

Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• isiXhosa: Basic
