Responsibilities

• Identify and analyse business problems and recommend solutions.
• Work closely with product managers to define project scopes and objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Support training and support initiatives for end users post-implementation.
• Ensure project compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Facilitate meetings to present analysis findings and strategic insights.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or similar field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a business analysis role
