Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for seasonal collections, from initial concept to final production.
• Collaborate with fashion buyers and other team members to align designs with market needs.
• Prepare detailed specifications for production and communicate with manufacturers.
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to enhance design output.
• Develop and manage sample timelines to meet project deadlines.
• Engage in continuous learning and development of design software and techniques.
• Create mood boards and present design ideas clearly and confidently.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field
• Certifications in textiles and garment technology are preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in a similar role preferred
