Job Description

We're on the lookout for a proactive Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Port Elizabeth. In this role, you will be the first line of support for our valued customers, assisting them with various technical issues and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. Your excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation will be paramount.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming support requests and maintain service levels.
  • Educate customers about product features and enhancements.
  • Assist in testing new features and providing user feedback.
  • Contribute to team meetings focused on improving customer service processes.
  • Actively participate in continuous learning and professional development.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Additional certifications in technical support preferred
Experience
  • At least 3 years in a technical support role
