We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to develop and implement engaging learning experiences. This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts to create instructional materials that foster effective learning in various formats.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop online and blended learning programs tailored to diverse educational contexts.
• Work with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive educational resources.
• Assess learner engagement and effectiveness of instructional materials through data analysis.
• Incorporate multimedia elements to enrich learning experiences and enhance knowledge retention.
• Deliver training sessions on new educational technologies and instructional strategies.
• Implement learning management systems and support users in navigating these platforms.
• Review and update existing training programs to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
• Foster a collaborative environment with stakeholders to continuously improve learning outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of instructional design experience in educational or corporate settings
