• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

• Learning Management Systems (LMS) Proficient in managing and utilizing LMS for online training.
• Curriculum Development Skilled in creating comprehensive curricula that address learning objectives.
• Assessment Design Experienced in designing assessments that accurately measure learning outcomes.
• Project Management Strong project management skills to handle multiple instructional design projects.
• Graphic Design Software Proficient in using graphic design tools to create engaging learning materials.
• Communication Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaboration Proficient in collaborating with diverse teams to achieve learning goals.
• Problem-solving Strong analytical skills to address challenges in instructional design.
• Adaptability Ability to adapt instructional strategies to meet evolving learner needs.
• Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
• eLearning Instructional Design Certificate
