Production Process Analyst

Job Description

As a key member of our team, the Production Process Analyst will play a critical role in driving process improvements and operational excellence. You will work closely with various departments to identify opportunities for enhancement.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate production methods and systems for possible enhancements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop effective solutions.
• Create documentation for processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Utilize data analytics tools to analyze production metrics.
• Provide recommendations for capital expenditure and process investments.
• Participate in troubleshooting activities to resolve operational issues.
• Update process documentation as changes are made.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role

• Statistical Analysis Software

Certifications

• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)

Languages

• English: Fluent
