Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our Bloemfontein team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing various civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects that meet functional, aesthetic, and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, and drainage systems.
• Conduct site inspections and evaluations to assess project feasibility.
• Prepare specifications, reports, and proposals for engineering projects.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and community stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
• Perform structural analysis to ensure project integrity.
• Utilize engineering software for design and documentation.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 6+ years of experience in civil engineering projects

Certifications
