Job Description

As a General Engineer at our Midrand facility, your role will include designing, testing, and implementing engineering solutions. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on innovation and improvement, ensuring technical accuracy while adhering to standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering project teams and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Evaluate and select materials and processes for effective engineering solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest technology and engineering methodologies.
• Collaborate with external suppliers and contractors as needed.
• Monitor project budgets and schedules while maintaining quality standards.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and support their development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering preferred
• Master's degree in Engineering a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in engineering roles

• Software Proficiency

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect
