Job Description

We are in search of skilled Forging Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to handle metal and plastic products. You will be tasked with setting up machines, inspecting products, and maintaining cleanliness in the workspace. Collaboration and communication with team members are essential to drive the success of our production operations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust forging machines to meet production specifications.
• Ensure optimal performance of machines by monitoring their operation.
• Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure compliance with standards.
• Provide maintenance support by cleaning and lubricating machines.
• Communicate effectively with team members about production issues.
• Keep an accurate log of machine performance and outputs.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills.
• Assist in troubleshooting machine errors and providing solutions.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Experience

• Experience with specific manipulator systems or models is advantageous.
