Job Description

As an IT Support Technician in Cape Town, you will provide essential support and solutions to enhance our IT environment. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist with installations, and train users. If you're tech-savvy and solution-oriented, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for IT support.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to senior staff.
  • Assist in the implementation of new IT solutions.
  • Maintain inventory of IT supplies and equipment.

  • Provide feedback on user experience and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role
