We are looking for a passionate Online Educator to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging online lessons, utilizing innovative teaching tools, and fostering an interactive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement effective online instructional strategies tailored to learner needs.
• Utilize data to track student performance and inform instructional decisions.

• Collaborate with educational teams to improve student outcomes and engagement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Master's degree in Educational Technology is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in online teaching or instructional design

Technical Skills

• Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Video Conferencing Tools

Certifications

• Certified Online Instructor
• Advanced Teaching Credential

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic
