Job Description

As a Logistics Manager at Logistics Solutions Pty Ltd., you will oversee logistics operations, ensuring the efficient movement of goods and materials. Your role will involve coordinating with suppliers, managing inventory, and optimizing supply chain processes. You will lead a talented team and work closely with other departments to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Directly oversee the logistics team ensuring performance meets company standards.
  • Create and maintain vendor relationships to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Review logistics performance data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Participate in the development of long-term logistics plans.
  • Ensure all logistics activities comply with company policies and regulations.
  • Assist in resolving logistics-related issues and customer complaints.
  • Draft and manage contractual agreements with suppliers.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics function.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles with leadership experience
