Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, leading teams, and ensuring safety and compliance on-site.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Conduct project assessments and feasibility studies before commencement.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of project progress and financials.
  • Train and mentor junior staff and field personnel.
  • Communicate effectively with external stakeholders and the community.
  • Implement innovative construction techniques to enhance productivity.
  • Ensure the safe and environmentally responsible use of resources.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in large-scale construction management
