Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Miller to join our team. The Miller will be responsible for operating and maintaining milling equipment to produce high-quality flour for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor milling operations to ensure efficiency.
• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of equipment.
• Identify and resolve any operational issues promptly.
• Train new team members on equipment usage and safety protocols.
• Assist in inventory management and product distribution.
• Implement improvements to enhance production quality.
• Participate in safety and quality compliance audits.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training or certification in milling or related field preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in milling operation and maintenance.

Technical Skills

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read technical manuals
• Familiarity with milling equipment

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Effective communication
• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with food safety standards: Knowledge of local food safety regulations and best practices.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles: Familiarity with methodologies aimed at waste reduction and efficiency.
