The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying business needs, conducting analyses, and recommending solutions that align with our clients’ objectives. Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders.
• Map current state processes and identify areas for optimization.
• Develop business cases and cost-benefit analyses for proposed projects.
• Coordinate with IT to ensure functionality aligns with business needs.
• Provide training and support to users on new systems and processes.
• Monitor industry best practices and integrate them into business strategy.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst

Technical Skills

• Business Process Mapping
• SQL Database Management

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Agile Certification (Scrum Master or equivalent)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
