You will collaborate closely with departmental heads to assess financial performance while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and prepare detailed reports.
• Collaborate with departments to develop budgets and forecast performance.
• Monitor financial performance metrics and recommend improvements.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between budgeted and actual figures.
• Prepare financial projections for strategic planning.
• Support the month-end close process and financial audits.
• Assist in developing performance improvement initiatives.
• Analyze financial statements and provide insights for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Identify, analyze, and propose remedial actions for financial risks.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• Master's degree in Finance or related field is an asset

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles
