Job Description

We are seeking a diligent Human Resources Assistant to join our team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will support HR functions, manage contracts, and assist in ensuring compliance with regulations. A strong focus on organisational skills and attention to detail is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in contract management and administrative procedures.
  • Coordinate recruitment and selection processes with relevant teams.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of compliance regulations.
  • Support financial reporting and budgeting activities.
  • Collect and analyse data to support HR functions.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among departments.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
  • Handle any employee HR queries and issues.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and initiatives.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Human Resources or related field
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree is a plus
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years experience in administrative or HR roles.
