Interior Designer

We are seeking a talented Interior Designer to join our Bloemfontein office. This role requires a keen eye for aesthetics, creativity, and the ability to transform spaces that reflect our clients' personalities and needs. Responsibilities

• Lead design projects with a focus on creativity and client satisfaction.
• Analyze spatial requirements and enhance layouts for optimal functionality.
• Develop specifications for furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Assist in marketing efforts to promote design services.
• Implement feedback from clients to refine designs.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely procurement of materials.
• Conduct post-occupancy evaluations to measure project success.
• Mentor junior designers and provide team support.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• A Master's in Design or similar field is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in high-end residential and commercial projects

Technical Skills

• Revit
• Photoshop

Soft Skills

• Project Management
• Negotiation

Certifications

• NCIDQ Certification (National Council for Interior Design Qualification)
• Sustainable Design Certification is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Sesotho: Conversational
