Job Description

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients in a hospital setting. This role involves administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and collaborating with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care. Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient health status and respond to medical questions.
• Create and maintain patient health logs and treatment records.

• Support the execution of nursing policies and procedures.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families during difficult times.
• Implement improvement programs to enhance patient outcomes.
• Assist in recruitment and training of junior nursing staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a nursing role.
