Responsibilities

• Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to refine and enhance designs.
• Utilize design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma proficiently.
• Support the transition from design to development to ensure fidelity to design intent.
• Participate in cross-functional team meetings to discuss project progress and challenges.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
• Certification in UX Design is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Wireframing Tools

Soft Skills

• Creativity
• Adaptability

Certifications

• UX Certification from Nielsen Norman Group

Languages

• English: Fluent
