You will work closely with clients and project teams to deliver exceptional architectural solutions that prioritize both aesthetics and functionality. Responsibilities

• Lead design discussions and concept development for various projects.
• Conduct research on building codes, standards, and regulations related to projects.
• Participate in community engagements and public presentations related to architectural designs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on integrated design solutions.
• Create and manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
• Ensure consistent quality control throughout project phases.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Planning
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architectural practice

Technical Skills

• Building Codes
• Design Software

Soft Skills

• Project Management
• Attention to Detail

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in 3D rendering software: Experience with rendering software to produce high-quality visualizations.
