• Participate in training sessions to enhance team knowledge on underwriting standards.
• Prepare presentations for stakeholders on underwriting performance metrics.
• Handle high-risk applications with specialized underwriting strategies.
• Document decision-making processes for auditing purposes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance or related field
• Additional insurance certifications are advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in insurance underwriting

Certifications

• Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC)
