We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Healthcare Administrator to join our team in Pretoria. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare facilities. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of healthcare management practices. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff schedules, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise administrative staff and provide training to enhance their skills.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve healthcare services.
  • Liaise with government bodies to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies for healthcare services.
  • Assess patient feedback to inform operational decisions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration preferred
