Your primary responsibilities will include conducting financial analyses, compiling and presenting detailed reports that influence major business operations, and working with cross-functional teams to drive financial understanding across the organization. We are looking for someone with a strategic mindset and exceptional analytical skills to elevate our finance function.

Responsibilities

• Interpret financial data to develop actionable insights for business growth.
• Prepare and present financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the formulation of budgets and financial planning.
• Collaborate with project managers to assess and report on project budgets.
• Monitor and manage financial performance against established targets.
• Identify potential financial risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Engage in scenario planning and forecasting to support strategic initiatives.
• Analyze profitability and recommend actionable enhancements.
• Create reports that guide operational and strategic missions.
• Evaluate cost structures and assess profitability facets of the company.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, with a focus on data-driven decision making.

• Excel Proficiency

Certifications

• CMA or CPAs will be preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent
