Job Description

We are seeking skilled Production Workers to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for splicing and repairing damaged tubes, piping, and hoses used in various industrial applications. Your role will contribute to our commitment to high-quality manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain various mechanical systems within the production environment.
• Repair and replace damaged components as necessary.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to prevent breakdowns.
• Train new team members on correct operational procedures and safety practices.
• Assist in auditing and improving maintenance processes.

Requirements

Education

• Matric/Grade 12 Certificate
• Technical diploma in mechanical engineering or a related field preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in tube splicing or related fields

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Welding Experience: Familiarity with welding techniques and processes.
