Job Description

As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will manage diverse administrative tasks, support team members, and contribute to enhancing our efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and staff.
  • Keep track of important deadlines and follow up as required.
  • Develop and maintain filing systems for electronic and physical documents.
  • Conduct research to support various departmental tasks.
  • Prepare reports on office activities and operational efficiency.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Organize and maintain office documents for easy access.
  • Support staff with ad hoc requests and administrative tasks.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate or equivalent
  • Degree or diploma in Business Administration is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
