We are looking for a passionate Veterinarian to join our team at Animal Care Clinic. This role involves performing medical examinations, surgeries, and managing the overall well-being of animals in our care. Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical examinations and assessments of animals.
• Diagnose and treat common illnesses and injuries in pets.
• Perform surgical procedures as necessary.
• Administer vaccinations and medications.
• Educate pet owners on health, nutrition, and preventative care.
• Keep accurate medical records for each animal.
• Collaborate with other staff members to provide comprehensive care.
• Stay updated on veterinary medicine best practices.
• Participate in community outreach programs and events.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science
• Registration with the South African Veterinary Council

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in veterinary practice
