They will troubleshoot technical issues, assist users with hardware and software problems, and ensure optimal operational efficiency. Responsibilities

• Handle help desk inquiries and provide first-tier support.
• Install and update hardware and software components.
• Troubleshoot printing and network issues.
• Assist in inventory management of IT assets.
• Work closely with vendors for equipment and services.
• Provide excellent customer service to all users.
• Document all actions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Assist with user account management and permissions.
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development.
• Support project initiatives as required.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT support

• Linux OS

Certifications

Languages
