Project Manager

Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for both construction and IT workstreams. The ideal candidate will have a robust strategy-driven mindset, supported by practical knowledge of site operations and IT deployments.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage integrated project schedules using project management software.
• Ensure effective resource allocation across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Assess and report on project performance, adjusting plans as necessary.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in project delivery.
• Establish and maintain project quality standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders throughout project execution.
• Ensure that all project deliverables meet the agreed specifications.
• Monitor and control project budgets, reporting any deviations promptly.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and negotiations with external vendors.
• Compile and analyse project data for reporting purposes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering or related field
• PMP or similar project management certification preferred

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in project management, particularly in construction and IT
