Job Description

We are seeking a diligent Data Entry Clerk to manage and input data efficiently at our Port Elizabeth office. The ideal candidate will have a knack for detail and be proficient in data management systems. You'll play a key role in ensuring our records are up-to-date and accurate.

Responsibilities

  • Enter data into various software systems with precision.
  • Identify and rectify errors in the database.
  • Compile data for statistical analysis as needed.
  • Organize documents and ensure proper filing.
  • Support administrative projects and tasks as required.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric / NQF Level 4
  • National Certificate in Office Administration is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years working in data entry or administrative roles

Advantageous

  • Experience with Microsoft Access: Proficient with database creation and management using Access.
