Job Description

We are seeking a Hospitality Manager to drive operational excellence and foster a culture of high-performance in our Stellenbosch hotel. A strong emphasis will be on team leadership and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Implement strategic planning to enhance hotel performance and guest satisfaction.
  • Foster positive relationships with guests and cultivate repeat business.
  • Analyze market trends to stay competitive within the hospitality industry.
  • Manage front desk operations and housekeeping standards.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop new guest initiatives.
  • Conduct weekly meetings to align staff objectives and goals.
  • Ensure team engagement and resilience through motivational practices.
  • Collaborate on guest experience strategy in response to changing market demands.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in managerial roles within the hospitality sector
