Job Description

We are seeking a proactive IT Support Technician to join our vibrant team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a knack for troubleshooting and a passion for customer service, assisting users with their IT needs and resolving technical issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Assist users with software and hardware issues in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular backups and ensure data integrity.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to enhance user experience.
  • Investigate and resolve network connectivity issues.
  • Implement security measures to safeguard IT systems.
  • Support software installation and upgrades for users.
  • Provide feedback for improvement of IT services.
  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives as required.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT-related fields
  • Additional IT certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or help desk environments
