Job Description

As an IT Support Technician at Tech Innovations Inc., you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients. Your role will involve troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with system installations, and ensuring that our IT infrastructure runs smoothly. Ideally, you should have a strong problem-solving mindset and a knack for customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for technical support.
  • Maintain and monitor local area networks.
  • Implement and maintain security protocols for data protection.
  • Assist with software updates and troubleshooting.
  • Participate in the planning and implementation of IT upgrades.
  • Create training materials for staff on IT systems.
  • Supervise junior IT staff as necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in IT or equivalent
  • MCITP or similar certification is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years in IT technical support roles
