Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager who can effectively lead construction projects in Pretoria. You will be expected to manage project scope, schedules, and budgets, while maintaining excellent communication with stakeholders and ensuring high standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and implementation processes.
• Coordinate project resources and manage project teams.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
• Conduct project risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Facilitate project meetings and document progress.
• Prepare regular project status reports for management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry

Technical Skills

• Project Management Software (e.g., MS Project, Asana)
