Job Description

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in our healthcare facility in Cape Town. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient health needs, administering medication, and collaborating with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate patient admissions and discharges.
• Coordinate with other departments for integrated patient care.
• Evaluate patient care outcomes and implement improvements.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
• Manage medical inventory and supplies effectively.
• Mentor new nursing staff and support their training.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or relevant field
• Postgraduate Nursing Certification is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years in a similar healthcare setting is preferred
