As a Cybersecurity Specialist, you will be responsible for safeguarding our information assets and infrastructure. This role demands a keen understanding of security protocols, risk management, and the ability to implement effective cybersecurity measures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security audits and assessments for compliance.
• Establish and enforce security controls across the organization.
• Coordinate with external security agencies for threat intelligence.
• Lead security awareness training programs for employees.
• Review and update disaster recovery plans and response strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or IT-related field
• Professional certifications such as CISM or CISA are preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in information security roles
