• Develop and maintain reliable logistics processes for the organisation.
• Evaluate and select transport providers and negotiate contracts.
• Prepare reports on logistics metrics and performance.
• Train and supervise logistics staff for effective operations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Logistics Management Software Proficient in using logistics management software for tracking and optimisation.
• Inventory Management Experienced in managing inventory and ensuring stock levels are maintained.
• Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
• Certificate in Logistics and Transport
• English (Fluent)

• Knowledge of Supply Chain Optimization: Ability to identify and implement supply chain optimisation strategies.
• Fluency in another language: Additional language skills can be an advantage.
