The ideal candidate will be instrumental in creating and delivering engaging online courses across various subjects, utilizing multimedia resources to enhance the learning experience. In this role, you will be responsible for designing educational content that caters to diverse learning needs and facilitating interactive online sessions.

Responsibilities

• Design online learning modules and assessments that measure learning outcomes.
• Foster a positive and inclusive online learning environment.
• Conduct virtual office hours to assist students with course material and queries.
• Review and update course content periodically to keep it relevant and engaging.
• Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve any online platform issues.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
• Master's degree in Education or Curriculum Development is preferred

Experience

• At least 3 years of online teaching experience or curriculum design

Technical Skills

• Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Digital Assessment Strategies

Certifications

• Google Certified Educator
• Advanced Teaching in Online Spaces

Languages

• English: Fluent
