Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage changes to project scope.
• Conduct performance reviews and assessments.
• Assist in the development of project strategies and initiatives.
• Support project team members and provide guidance.
• Ensure proper resource allocation for project tasks.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and report lessons learned.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or related field
• Additional certifications in Agile or Lean methodologies

Experience

• 7+ years of project management experience

Certifications

• Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
