Responsibilities

• Support clients in their day-to-day living activities.
• Assist in the management of medication schedules.
• Engage clients in social activities and daily routines.
• Document client progress and share updates during team meetings.
• Assist with nutritional meal preparation, focusing on dietary needs.
• Support the nursing team in delivering high-quality care.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certificate in Home Health Aide or similar training is preferred

Experience

• Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or similar role is advantageous
