As a Tax Consultant with Tax Solutions SA, you will play a critical role in helping clients navigate the complexities of tax legislation. Your expertise will guide businesses in compliance, tax planning, and strategy development, ensuring they maximise their benefits under South African tax laws. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex tax concepts clearly to clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring timely compliance.
• Draft reports summarizing tax positions and recommendations.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development in the tax field.
• Enhance internal processes for tax compliance and client satisfaction.
• Work with other departments to align tax strategies with overall business goals.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff on tax matters.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Taxation, or Accounting
• Master's degree in Taxation is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in tax consultancy

Certifications

• Registered Tax Practitioner (RTP)
