Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Cybersecurity Analyst to join our Johannesburg team. In this role, you'll be responsible for monitoring, identifying, and responding to security incidents while safeguarding the integrity of our vital systems. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of security protocols, risk management, and cybersecurity best practices.

Responsibilities

• Analyze security systems and make recommendations for enhancements.
• Respond to security incidents and take necessary measures to mitigate risks.
• Conduct cybersecurity simulations to improve incident response readiness.
• Collaborate with external vendors for security solutions.
• Evaluate third-party cybersecurity practices and risk exposure.
• Maintain documentation of security incidents and responses.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related field
• Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., CCSP, CISM)

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity analysis or a related field
