We are searching for a talented E-commerce Manager who can take charge of our online business strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of sales strategies while ensuring an engaging customer journey through our digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of new technology to enhance the online shopping experience.
• Develop and implement customer feedback initiatives to refine service offerings.
• Coordinate with marketing to develop compelling content that aligns with sales initiatives.
• Manage social media channels to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Evaluate and improve website user experience through A/B testing and usability research.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and best practices in E-commerce.
• Leverage SEO strategies to improve online visibility and search rankings.
• Foster partnerships with online platforms and marketplaces to expand reach.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Relevant certifications in Digital Marketing are preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in E-commerce operations

• SEO/SEM

Languages

Advantageous
